Amateur Sports - We are a club that develops skill and knowledge of rugby football while furthering diversity in the sport. In pursuit of this mission, Washington Scandals RFC shall conduct clinics, workshops, lessons, and seminars at municipal parks and recreation areas to instruct and educate individuals in the sport of rugby football.
