  • Veterans Support and Transition Services

    In spite of our necessary shift to online delivery for all courses and activitiesin 2020 and 2021, we continued to increase the number of Veterans served and held more courses and events year over year! With this new online platform, Patriots Path began serving Veterans from around the world as they prepared to separate from military service, growing from a more regional footprint in prior years. We also held our second "Women Veterans Only" course to focus on this diverse group. Additionally, Patriots Path formed a stronger partnership with Veterans Bridge Home (another regional Veterans Service Organization - nonprofit) to more seamlessly provide wraparound services for Veterans and their families.
