Professional Staff Credentialing Policies
To direct the creation of Credentialing Policies outlining a process for appointment to the Professional Staff, for delineation of clinical privileges of each practitioner, and for evaluation of his/her work through an ongoing performance improvement mechanism. To direct the creation of the Organization Policies of the Professional Staff.
