Our mission is to provide high quality, high value services for employees of local governments in the State of Texas, to include some of the following types of employers: cities, special districts; MUD, Hospital etc., housing authorities, COGS, and school districts.

Captive Reinsurance Fund Management
During the current year, TML IEBP continued to operate a captive reinsurance fund. With this, we retained claims risk to a level of $1.5 million dollars. Previously, 3rd party reinsurance was purchased for claims risk at this level.
