THE FOUNDATION IS WHOLLY INDEPENDENT OF RSM US LLP AND IS RUN ENTIRELY BY THE VOLUNTEER EFFORTS OF BOSTON OFFICE EMPLOYEES AND FORMER EMPLOYEES STILL DEVOTED TO THE MISSION WHO SERVE AS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF COMMITTEES THAT ADDRESS THE MISSION NEEDS OF THE ORGANIZATION.
