In the 2020-2021 Fiscal Year, despite the pandemic, we were still able to reach many teachers and staff through our online services, and consequently reach thousands of K-12 students. Through our online training courses and professional development sessions, we were able to fully train 321 educational staff in our K-12 curriculum training, we also trained 1728 educational staff members in trauma sensitive, mindfulness based social-emotional learning Professional Development sessions. Our trainings immediately impacted 67,758 students across America in 93 different schools and created a family and community impact of 172,000 people. In the 2020-2021 Fiscal Year we partnered with both ASU and NAU who provided researchers to document the progress of our work in schools. Initial results from NAU show 95% of teachers increased in non-reactive measures, feelings of achievement and judgement. 94.7% of teachers in feelings of burnout and depersonalization. In the 2021-22 Fiscal Year, despite the pandemic, we were still able to reach many teachers and staff through our online services, and once in-person lessons began again, we served more students in-person than ever before. 2200 students received our 16 week onsite instruction as we worked to mitigate pandemic trauma. 643 teachers received personal development, 62 schools were impacted, with a total of 42,000+ students being impacted overall.
