Program 1 [2018]
In the year of 2018 Ektta volunteers engaged with three medium to large organizations including a 50 year old organization in Bay Area. 1) Indians for Collective Action: Ektta worked with this organization and made a comprehensive Impact Framework. Designed and conducted survey to learn from beneficiaries in India about ICA's work. Researched all past projects and their annual report to learn about their work and projected ICA's impact. All data research was transformed into impact report for proper communication. This activity made an organization learn their impact and program structure and became ready for next 20 years. Now their donors can understand their work. Due to Ektta's engagement the organization raised their annual funding at least 20-25% and increased efficiency to 25% more to amplify their impact. 2) Affordable housing project with one of large California organization. Ektta made an impact framework for future opportunity zone impact investment. Ektta helped building strategy and social standards alignment which will make organization ready for future impact investments. In 2022, Ektta volunteers collaborated with various socially minded organizations across the globe. Their goal was to work with these organizations on affordable housing, health, community development, STEM education, and water infrastructure management, helping them establish an Impact Framework. To achieve this, Ektta developed and conducted a survey to gather feedback from beneficiaries who received services such as housing. By doing so, the organization gained insight into its impact and program structure, allowing its donors to better understand their work. In 2024, Ektta partnered with organizations, hosting webinars on impact frameworks, surveys, data research, and reporting. This helped nonprofits refine their programs and become investment-ready. As a result, organizations increased annual funding by 20-25% and enhanced efficiency to amplify social change.
