Missions in East Africa: Christian Outreach MinistriesThe Christian Outreach Ministries assisted and empowered community and church leaders in the least reached and underdeveloped areas of Kenya, Uganda and South Sudan to become self-sufficient, trained and equipped to strengthen their churches and reach their own people with the Gospel message.The Organization trained and equipped 238 pastors, including 19 deaf pastors. We provided 49 bicycles and 15 motorcycles to pastors and distributed over 532 vernacular Bibles. Thousands of people reached through the showing of the Jesus Film. Children and Youth Ministries:The Organization is supporting 65 girls with safe shelter, counselling, medical care, and giving them an education after rescuing them from FGM (female circumcision) and early age forced marriages. CMA provided education for less fortunate children and sponsored 107 primary and secondary students to schools. 487 vulnerable girls were provided with health education and sanitary kits. Aid and Relief Ministries:Aid and Relief ministries are mainly medical and nutrition programs in war torn South Sudan, funded directly from UNICEF and WFP, Common Humanitarian Fund. CMA provides quick and appropriate emergency relief and care to victims of natural and man-made disasters. In Kenya, CMA provides poor families with food relief, and assistance through natural disasters like flooding this past year.117,964 people were provided with health care, 52,000 children under 5 treated for malnutrition, 10,078 mothers received anti-natal care services, 27,911 children were vaccinated against preventable diseases, 160 community workers were trained, 10,425 mosquito nets distributed, 25,935 primary caregivers received counseling, 12,119 pregnant and lactating women were treated with malnutrition.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJul 1, 2023 – Jun 30, 2024Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$56K
