DURING 2021, THE HOSPICE OPERATIONS OF VNA HOSPICE OF SOUTHWEST IOWA WERE SOLD. THE ORGANIZATION WILL CONTINUE TO OPERATE UNTIL THE REMAINING ASSETS ARE TRANSFERRED.
