For the 2022 fiscal year, the society held a successful conference at the University of Miami, Miami, FL with 103 onsite attendees. We continued to publish semiannual newsletters and 4 manuscripts with the Annals of Corporate Governance Journal. We also launched a webinar series and held 5 webinars throughout the year featuring global governance scholars. Membership stayed relatively stable representing 28 countries.
