Along with the information requested in our grant application a copy of the 501c3 tax exemption letter and current listing of how the organizations funds are distributed annually are required.

Any restrictions or limitations on awards, such as by geographical areas, charitable fields, or kinds of institutions
Applicants can only request contributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
