Tech Alpharetta continues to drive the growth of Alpharettas thriving tech ecosystem through our 3 strategic pillars: our locally-based tech events, our thriving startup incubator, and the input of our strategic Board.* Our 8th Center startup, DataSeers, is graduating and HQing in Alpharetta* Our Center startup Oval Edge has just been acquired by GA-based Future Tech Holding Co., a leader in IT and IT-enabled services* There are now 704 companies in Alpharetta, an increase of more than 60 tech companies since last count of 640 in 12/16I. Innovation Center (startup incubator) 51 Tech Startups, plus Alpharettas only hometown Venture Capital Firm, headquarter at our incubator Our Center startups and graduate companies have raised more than $20 million in investor funding in the past 3 years. More than $3.5 million of that has been raised in 2018. 5 of our 8 graduates have headquartered in Alpharetta, have created more than 65 new, local tech jobs, & are generating a direct, positive impact on citys economy: DataSeers, Livful, Farmwave, vLink Solutions, Echo 360. Our Center graduates are collectively paying $5 mil in annual wages and $475K annually for their local commercial office space. Tech Alpharetta has created 344 total new jobs (incl. goods and services economy positions) in Alpharetta since the 2015 launch of its incubator, or 86 new jobs per year. Our incubator and nonprofit are the model and showpiece for other cities (Sandy Springs, Greenville, SC, Franklin, NC) All Center offices rented, Center revenues maxed out Two Center Graduates in 2018 The Center is extremely well-utilized: in 2018 alone, our members have entered the Center building more than 30,000 times Tech Alpharetta has held 12 Lunch & Learns at Center in 2018 Our 6 volunteer mentors have worked with more than 28 startups Our 6 volunteer mentors have held more than 55 mentoring sessions Tech Alpharetta has hosted 32 One Million Cups entrepreneur meetings Has held 36 ATDC Alpharetta Startup Circle meetings Has held more than 60 tech meetups on site by 6 different tech meetup groups Has hosted more than 54 free office hours for startups by our accounting and law firm sponsors Center meeting space used 24 times by organizations Has curated relationships with more than 20 VC firms, made dozens of VC intros to our startups, and brought 9 VC firms to the Center for 1:1 meetings Has held 8 on-site, tech mixers at Center for members and tech community Supporting Fulton County Schools High School TAG program by hosting 9 local high school interns this semester. Also partnering with Amana Academy & Fulton Science Academy Hosted City of Greenville, SC Ec Dev team at our incubator on 12/5/18 to discuss Alpharettas tech ecosystem Conducted count of 2018 tech companies in Alpharetta based on business license application data. There are now 704 tech companies in Alpharetta, which is an increase of 64 from the last count conducted in 2016. Furnished list to City of Alpharetta. Tech Alpharettas 2025 accomplishments: i)Tech Alpharetta (now Tech North Atlanta) has helped to build the north Atlanta tech ecosystem. Our organization serves north metro ATL tech professionals and their companies. In addition, Tech Alpharetta is a tech economic development engine for the region and for the State of GA. Tech Alpharetta was created in late 2017 by the merger of the City of Alpharettas Alpharetta Technology Commission nonprofit, formed in 2013, and the Greater Alpharetta Tech Network, a nonprofit formed in 2013 by Karen Cashion. Tech Alpharetta creates new jobs and new companies for Alpharetta and the region through its tech startup incubator; ii)helps to retain tech companies that have offices in the region by engaging those companies and their executives; iii)helps to attract new tech companies to Alpharetta and the region (incubator tours/meetings w/City Ec. Dev. & visiting companies; creation & growth of robust tech ecosystem); iii)promotes the north metro region as a tech hub (through Tech Alpharettas incubator, events, & extensive PR); iv)engages local tech leaders and founders and their companies through its board opportunities, incubator & events; and vi) provides local tech workforce development through its incubators educational programs and mentoring for startups; and through its Speaker Series educational programs for area tech executives. Tech Alpharettas Mission in 2025 was to grow more technology and innovation in the City of Alpharetta, GA. The organizations new name and expanded mission to serve the entire North metro Atlanta region were under development in 2025, with the plan to launch them in 2026. 1)Jobs Creation: Tech Alpharettas incubator creates new tech companies and new jobs. The incubator had 40 tech startup members as of 12/31/25. As of 12/31/25, a total 26 startups had graduated from the incubator since 2015, creating new tech jobs for Alpharetta and the region. In 2025, Tech Alpharettas incubator graduated 1 new startup company, Terzo, which grew from 1 employee to 16 employees, and has headquartered in Alpharetta. Tech Alpharettas startup members and startup graduates, together, have created more than 2700 new jobs in the state of Georgia.2)Tech Executives Served: In 2025, Tech Alpharettas hosted a total of 38 events, including Speaker Series educational programs, tech mixers, startup educational workshops, startup meetups, and its special events (Tech Alpharetta Golf Classic, , Tech Alpharetta CIO Speed Dating event, Silent Executive Auction). Tech Alpharettas 2025 events once again served more than 2000 area tech executives, from startup to enterprise level companies. There is no other organization successfully serving this constituency in the north metro ATL suburbs, and Tech Alpharettas programs and events have helped to build and serve the regions robust tech ecosystem. 3)Tech Alpharettas Board of Directors: As of 12/31/25, there were 47 board members. Tech Alpharetta added 5 new board members in 2025.4)Incubator As of 12/31/25, the tech startup incubator has continued to thrive, with 40 startup members. 5)Gross Revenue Growth: Tech Alpharetta continued to successfully grow its gross revenues in 2025, to $694,059. Expenses have grown as well, with the addition of a new, part-time membership director who is planning the launch of our new event membership offerings in 2026. In addition, the rent on our space continues to increase.
