Military Spouse Leadership Development Program
The Military Spouse Leadership Development Program is a national virtual program focused on providing military spouses the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of Service, Leadership, Mentorship and Advocacy. During this four-month training, participants received a leadership certificate from NPLI at Harvard University, communication training from NPLI at Harvard University, and Micro-Certifications from PsychHub. The Military Spouse Mentorship-HUB provides peer-to-peer mentorship, educational resources and support to all military spouses, 24/7. MSAN's official collaborations with official military installations, Department of Defense DoD resources, and trusted partner organizations provide a structured and personal approach through a One-of-a-Kind Peer-to-Peer Mentorship experience, building long-term connections to local and national resources expanding the military family Sense of Community.
