The primary mission of Thrive Outside the Box is to identify under-recognized abilities (talents) that occur commonly in individuals who are neuro-atypical such as those on the autistic spectrum, and to design and implement educational programs with newly designed curricula that we will develop for these specific areas of talent. We will create infrastructure and methods for training and growing these abilities. We will work with parents and teachers to utilize these tools starting at the youngest possible age and throughout the schooling of our students. This will lead to the creation of entirely new vocations for neuro-atypical adults wherein their talents can be fully expressed for their own and societys benefit. The vocations, the programs, and other products based on these opportunities will be monetized for the lifetime benefits of those individuals currently underserved by restrictive neuro-typical education, resources, and vocation tracks.
