  • Annual Conference and Wellness Workshop

    In 2023 we held our annual conference, which was a 2 day event, with approximately 150 attendees. We had sponsors and exhibitors as well as speakers that presented sessions based on our theme; Momentum: from Vision to Action.We also did a Wellness on-site Workshop (WOW) event at the Zions Technology Center in the summer. It's a networking event with roundtable discussions around various aspects of wellness in the workplace. We had about 100 attendees with a couple of exhibitors.We also helped the State of Utah distribute funds for HEAL (federal grants for companies to create a lactation room in their businesses).

We also did a Well Connected event at Loveland Planet Living Aquarium with Utah Business of Health. It's a networking event with roundtable discussions around various aspects of wellness in the workplace. We had about 100 attendees with a couple of exhibitors.
