    Networked Improvement Community: We support schools to improve outcomes by redesigning systems of instruction assessment and teacher development. In 2020 we engaged 11 schools to support improvements in early literacy and collaborated with Baltimore City Public Schools to support teachers and district staff with training instructional design and measurement for learning.

    Bedtime in a Box: Through our Bedtime in a Box program we provide books and bedtime materials to low-income families with children ages 0-5 to help them establish nightly bedtime routines supporting health early education and parent-child bonding. During 2020 we distributed over 3,500 Bedtime Boxes to underserved families across the country.

  • Program 3 [2020]

    iFellowship & Learning in a Box: In January 2020 we launched a year-long professional development program for ten Preschool - 2nd Grade teachers and collaborated with them in designing and leading change efforts for improvement in student outcomes. In March 2020 in response to COVID-19 school closures the Fellows developed Learning in a Box as a way to provide students with a wide range of interactive resources to engage in fun meaningful learning activities at home. This program grew exponentially and during 2020 we distributed over 10,700 Boxes.
