  • Empowerment Program for Deaf Adults

    Day Program - The Organization provides services with virtual and in-person by offering daily educational activities to empower Deaf adults with neurodiversity that includes science, exercise, life skills, and education on deaf culture to enhance social and educational equity. During the year ended June 30, 2024, the Organization served a total of 42 participants in the day program. Many experienced the program in multiple ways: 38 consumers attended in person for all or some part of the year, and the remaining, 4 participants attended via remote learning either through zoom or self-guided activities or both, and 5 consumers chose to receive Tailored Day Services. Many participants attend the program part-time, which allows the Organization to accommodate more participants.

  • Supported Employment Program

    Supported Employment Program (SEP) - The Organization provides employment preparation assistance, job placement to internship opportunities and job training to participants in becoming competitive employees. With the assistance of Deaf job coaches, services were offered to 17 deaf adults, either at their job sites or job searching activities.
