Just Transition Now:- In New Hampshire, during the early winter we led a Keep It In The Ground effort to engage Presidential candidates about the need to phase out fossil fuels and hold the oil companies responsible for the crisis and harm they have created. We worked to educate voters about the candidates positions on key climate policy. - At that time in Vermont, our work focused on helping advance public policy to raise the minimum wage in the Vermont Legislature. - Beginning in the Spring in both states, RAD worked with Renew New England to do candidate education about taking a pledge to not accept campaign donations from fossil fuel companies. - RAD also worked to lift up endorsed candidates across Vermont and New Hampshire who were part of a region wide group supported by Renew New England as champions public policies for a just transition.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJan 1, 2020 – Dec 31, 2020Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$411.2KProgram 2 [2020]
