  • Shoe and Sock Distribution Events

    Donated a total of 3434 shoes (purchased 3072 pairs of new shoes and 362 pairs were donated to Lace Up Detroit for distribution) and 1746 pairs of new socks. Shoes and socks were distributed through shoe distribution events at Starfish (2 events to distribute shoes); Vista Maria (1 event to distribute shoes and donate shoes for their shoe closet); HAVEN (donate shoes for their shoe closet); Hannan (donate shoes for shoe closet); Durfee Innovation Society (donated does for shoe closet); Durfee Elementary School (distribute shoes to all students); Central High School (distribute shoes to all students). All of these organizations are in the Metro Detroit area
