Litigation is ongoing in the federal district court of the Western District of Michigan. Preserve Old Mission has bolstered the township government and its legal counsel in terms of legal support. We have also provided educational support informing township residents of the issues through regular newsletters, emails, social media and the Protect The Peninsula website.
