ALL INCOME IS USED TO SUPPORT MEDICAL FACILITIES IN DECATUR COUNTY, KANSAS AND TO ASSIST MEDICAL STUDENTS WHO ARE REQUIRED TO RETURN TO DECATUR COUNTY TO WORK IN THE MEDICAL FIELD OR REPAY LOANS ADVANCED TO THEM.
