    Line 28: Workshops: Art technique workshops organized by Images Art Gallery for members and community artists to advance individual artist art knowledge, skill, and enjoyment of fine art. Benefited about 25 artists. Cost 2,175; Line 29: Juried Art Show: Each July Images Art Gallery sponsors a competitive entry art show for members and community artists. Art works are selected by a juror who selects award winners. About 75 artists benefited. Cost 2,769; Line 30: Each February Images Art Gallery sponsors a children's art show. Parents and teachers encourage their elementary children and students to create paintings to exhibit at the gallery. It inspires creativity and fosters art appreciation. About 50 children benefited. Cost $0; Line 31: Other program services: Monthly featured artist openings: Images Art Gallery participates with downtown Overland Park merchants with a "Third Friday" open house artist reception from 6-8 PM. About 50 people benefit each evening. Cost $0; The gallery joins other downtown Overland Park businesses in "Local Life", an organization that sponsors activities and exhibits for area residents and tourists visiting downtown. Cost: $0
