    Economic Development Research and Analysis: Kansas engaged in economic research to create and provide objective data driven research to inform and support the planning and implementation of the Kansas Framework for Growth; and conduct studies and analysis of economic development programs and incentives and make recommendations on policy initiatives aimed at growing the Kansas economy. Research and analyze the state's workforce development programs, determine gaps and opportunities within the workforce development system and make recommendations for policy considerations necessary to anticipate and meet Kansas' business training needs. Coordinate research and economic development policy consistent with the Kansas Framework for Growth.
