In 2022, HopeBUILDERS provided 221 projects for 126 clients, impacting 200 lives.The projects included 42 ramps, 43 other accessibility projects, and 100 home repairs. Accessibility projects include step modifications, door widening or grab bars/railings. Repair projects included new roofs, exterior siding replacement, exterior door replacement, gutter work, plumbing, minor electrical, HVAC, floor replacements and several exterior house painting projects. Major projects, such as roof replacements and HVAC, are completed by contractors the majority of other projects are completed by HopeBUILDERS volunteers and community volunteer groups. These repairs ensure that the homes are safe, accessible and healthy, and allow the homeowners to age in place or remain in the home of their choosing.
