PRESERVE AND PROMOTE THE HISTORY OF NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE. TO PRESERVE AND ENTHUSIASTICALLY PROMOTE AWARENESS OF OUR NEW CASTLE HISTORY AND TREASURES TO ITS MEMBERS, CITIZENS, AND VISITORS; AND TO SUPPORT THE PRESERVATION OF HISTORICAL RESOURCES.
