ADVOCACY - AB2768: CAPSES CO-SPONSORED ALONGSIDE ASSEMBLYMEMBER MARC BERMAN FOR AB2768. A BILL TO SUPPORT ADEQUATE STAFFING FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION STUDENTS. WHILE THE MEASURE SUCCESSFULLY PASSED THE ASSEMBLY, IT WAS LEFT IN SUSPENSE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE. WORKABILITY FUNDING: CAPSES HAS HELD MANY INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP MEETINGS REGARDING THE WORKABILITY FUNDING CHANGE.
