The purpose for which the club is formed is to establish and maintain a private club in the Brennan Estates subdivision, New Castle County, Delaware, for the athletic, recreational and social enjoyment of the Club's members and their guests, and in pursuit thereof to construct, acquire, own and operate a swimming pool and other facilities, together with such incidental improvements and property as may from time to time be appropriate in the conduct of the Club's activities. The Club is not organized for profit and shall have no capital stock. The Club shall not do anything which is not permitted to be carried on by a corporation exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)3 or 501(c)7 or other applicable section (as determined by the board of directors) of the Internal Revenue code of 1986, as amended.
