Supported Living Services for Individuals with Disabilities
Journeys Supported Living Services serves eighteen clients with disabilities, 18 hours a day, for 365 days per year. Our objective is to assist people with disabilities to live in homes of their own choosing, participate as contributing members of society through community integration, and to actualize their full potential to the extent permitted by their disability. All Journeys clients live in their own apartments, patronize local establishments, and have taken community classes.
