Mission Statement
DCFC's primary purpose is to manage the monthly 504 debenture sales for the SBA job creation program. It accomplishes this through its role as the sole member/owner of the LLC that is the fiscal and selling agent subcontracted to SBA to perform the debenture sales. DCFC also organizes and hosts periodic educational programs for SBA staff and industry members on the 504 program.
