In 2020, Wildflower Healthcare's 116 medical/dental and non-medical volunteers provided 2,900 hours to serve the uninsured in St Johns County FL. During 469 clinics, 1,097 patients had their healthcare needs met through 2,492 medical or dental visits at Wildflower Healthcare. 3,956 diagnostic and lab tests were ordered and 148 medical referrals were made to Wildflower's network of specialists providing pro bono services in their offices.The Outreach Team provided 1,446 healthcare screening visits to 621 residents at 137 health screening sessions in conjunction with local non-profit and faith-based organizations. 3,990 residents received healthcare and referral information while waiting in food bank lines during the pandemic. 351 residents and service industry personnel were provided with free flu shots, and 67 residents attended healthy lifestyle workshops to improve health outcomes.The Medical and Outreach Coordinators partnered with Flagler Health+ to plan, train and equip the staff of homeless and domestic violence shelters on monitoring and responding to possible Covid-19 cases.
