WE ALSO HELP TO DESIGN EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS THAT CAN BE EXPANDED TO ACHIEVE NATIONWIDE COVERAGE. IN ADDITION, WE PROVIDE PRE- AND IN-SERVICE TRAINING, AND HELP TO SET UP NATIONAL AND PROGRAM MONITORING AND EVALUATION SYSTEMS.
