RCAC promotes economic development and improves business conditions in West Virginia, by stimulating job creation and retention and business startups and retention. RCAC facilitates business expansion throughout the state by providing counseling, marketing, seminars, webinars, sponsored workshops, and technical assistance to domestic businesses and government agencies.
