The Choanoke Area Development Association of North Carolina Inc (CADA) is a nonprofit community action agency dedicated to assisting low-income citizens in achieving self-sufficiency and improving their quality of life. Operating with a budget of $9 million and total revenue of $10.9 million, CADA focuses on promoting the economic well-being and health of residents in Bertie, Halifax, Hertford, Martin, and Northampton counties.
