Monthly Chapter Meetings are offered to our local members and community guests in the field of training and development. This past year we moved from offering virtual meetings back to in person. We averaged 30 members and guests per meeting which we offer 11 times per year, not including December. Our meetings include a time of networking followed by a program with a local or national speaker to provide training and insight for local trainers and leaders in the training and development community. Expenses this year included speaker gifts/fees, meeting location, meeting meals, supplies & an annual survey give away.

Guest Pass Program
Guest Pass Program - Members are given 2 free guest passes to give to friends and co-workers each year. Members that bring a guest are entered into a monthly drawing to win a $20 gift card as a way of thanking them for bringing a guest. Each guest may only use up to two free passes of current members. During 2023, we had 45 total guests who attended from this program which was an increase of 5 from 2022.

Member Feedback Survey Initiative
Each year we send out a member survey to gain insight from our members on how they view the chapter, the meetings, benefits, networking opportunities, job postings, etc. As a way to encourage participation as well as a thank you for providing their feedback, we have a drawing from those who submit a survey. The winner of the drawing receives a $50 Amazon Gift Card.
