    Friends of Martin Memorial Library, is a nonprofit, community membership organization that advocates, fundraises, and provides critical support for our locallibrary, Martin Memorial Library, located in Williamston,North Carolina. Some of the functions of this organizationshall be to as follows:a. Purchase additional books, magazines, materials, and library supplies.b. Upgrade facilities.c. Provide volunteer servicesd. Contribute to cultural enrichment of the community.e. Provide funds for operating costs of memorial giftsprogram including postage, plaques, permanent records,supplies, etc.f. Promote National Library Week in April and Children's Book Week in November.g. Provide materials for decorating Christmas tree in December.h. Co-sponsor guest performer for conclusion of Summer Reading Program
