Staff Appreciation - ensure the staff knows how much they are appreciated through miscellaneous edibles and gifts. We had volunteers that treated staff to a meal or treats each month during the year. In addition, we hosted a weeklong Staff Appreciation Event that included food and raffles from local stores.
