Programs
Program 1 [2020]
In 2020 programs were moved to an online format to adapt to the restrictions caused by the pandemic: online formats included English as a Second Language, the GED program, and individual tutoring. A book borrowing program was put into place to encourage reading while at home. Once restrictions lifted, programs resumed in-person after school programming. Programs were moved to an alternating day schedule to accommodate the same number of children to comply with social distancing safety standards. The Literacy Council also was able to hold drive-by book give-aways in place of holiday parades. Despite not being able to hold Celebration of Education, The Literacy Council's annual fundraiser, the budget was still met.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJan 1, 2020 – Dec 31, 2020Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$222.6KProgram 2 [2020]
