WARM serves Bladen, Brunswick, Columbus, Duplin, New Hanover, Onslow and Pender Counties of North Carolina. To qualify for the Organization's services, homeowners must be at or below certain income thresholds (usually 50%) based on area median income for their county of residence and must reside in their homes and have owned them for at least three years. In 2023, the Organization served 409 households. See Schedule O
