Charitable Care - To address the needs of people in the Kansas City region who have no insurance and have incomes below 200% of the Federal poverty level, the Kansas City Medical Society Foundation operates charitable care programs that deliver over $8,000,000 in donated specialty healthcare each year. KCMS Foundation works with area physicians, hospitals and healthcare practices to procure donation of medically necessary healthcare services.
