    Small Grants Program: The AFFA Small Grants Program provides grants up to $ 4,000.00 to fund programming, organizational building and support to non-profit organizations in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia who are addressing the needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) youth. Recipients are also eligible to receive continuing education scholarships to an annual leadership conference for organizers across the United States

    Educational and Community Engagement Programs: The Alliance for Full Acceptance (AFFA) produces programs throughout the year that are designed to educate, connect and support the LGBTQ community and our allies. Programs have included moderated conversations with thought leaders on topics related to LGBTQ community, interviews with community organizers and activists to highlight the broader LGBTQ movement, educational skill-building programs to equip community members to participate in advocacy efforts. AFFA hosts a monthly LBGTQ Empowerment Group that serves the adult LGBTQ population as a gathering for connection and support. AFFA also maintains an online resource hub that directs LGBTQ community to qualified and culturally competent service providers.
