WHEN AN ADMITTED INSURER IS DECLARED INSOLVENT AND ORDERED INTO LIQUIDATION, THE POOL IS REQUIRED TO FULFILL CERTAIN OF THE CONTRACTUAL OBLIGIATIONS OF THAT COMPANY IN ORDER TO PROTECT GEORGIA RESIDENTS.
