To continue to monitor the activities of the hospital buyer to ensure that the hospital buyer (I) continues to operate the hospital as an acute care hospital; (II) remains enrolled in the Medicare and Medicaid programs; (III) continues the provision of indigent care services at a minimum consistent with OHIs previous policies; (IV) maintains identified core services for the benefit of the community; and (V) makes capital expenditures to improve the hospital in a minimum amount of $21.6 million.
