The major program is Project Success. Project Success provides college preparatory and tuition assistance including initiatives that provide supplemental educational instructions and courses (the Saturday Academy); college students sharing common experiences as role model (the Collegiate 100); College and job fairs; present health education and screening and fitness activities (Health Fairs); expose students to science & technology (Robotics Alliance); and provide funds for College Tuition Assistance. Through Project Success the organization also sponsors sponsors education enrichment and empowerment opportunities and one-on-one mentoring.
