VPCA is a community association dedicated to offering swimming and recreational activities for its members. Throughout 2024, we collaborated with an architectural firm to revise our master plan, taking in to account factors such as zoning, impervious coverage, permitting requirements, and project recommendations. Additionally, we conducted a budget review and proposed long-term financial planning strategies for scheduled repairs and maintenance, ensuring the preservation of strong cash reserves and the initiation of a master planning fund. We have been addressing significant deferred maintenance that had built up and was exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. We are nearing completion of essential updates, including electrical improvements, security enhancements, tree pruning and removals, bathroom resealing, and more.
