    POPL provided financial support to fund the Librarys annual Summer Reading Program by providing incentives (gift certificates) and prizes for the top readers at each branch. Additionally, POPL provided financial support to help fund educational programming for the event. Although COVID curtailed many of the Librarys programs and participation, thousands of children still participated.
