TRAINING & CAPACITY BUILDING: THE ALLIANCE DELIVERS DYNAMIC LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES DESIGNED TO STRENGTHEN NONPROFITS AND PHILANTHROPIC ORGANIZATIONS, ENHANCING THEIR CAPACITY AND EFFECTIVENESS. THESE OPPORTUNITIES INCLUDE IN-PERSON AND VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS, WEBINARS, CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS, ONLINE COURSES, AND PEER LEARNING SESSIONSALL GROUNDED IN THE PRINCIPLES AND STANDARDS FOR NONPROFIT AND PHILANTHROPY MANAGEMENT EXCELLENCE. OUR CAPACITY-BUILDING INITIATIVES FEATURE PROGRAMS SUCH AS ENDOW MS, AFFINITY GROUPS, NONPROFIT ADVOCACY, AND EXCELLENCE IN ACTION, OUR SIGNATURE NONPROFIT MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATION PROGRAM. MEMBERSHIP:THE ALLIANCE'S MEMBERSHIP ENCOMPASSES A DIVERSE ARRAY OF OVER 230 MISSION-DRIVEN ORGANIZATIONS STATEWIDE. OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE MEMBERS WITH HIGH-QUALITY TRAINING, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, AND COMPREHENSIVE RESOURCES TO HELP THEM ACHIEVE THEIR MISSIONS. MEMBERS ENJOY EXCLUSIVE BENEFITS, INCLUDING QUARTERLY NETWORKING EVENTS, DISCOUNTS ON TRAININGS AND SERVICES, ACCESS TO DIRECTOR AND OFFICER LIABILITY INSURANCE, THE FOUNDATION DIRECTORY ONLINE, AND COMPLIMENTARY SUBSCRIPTIONS TO GUIDESTAR AND THE SOCIETY OF NONPROFITS. OUR ANNUAL MEMBER MEETING BROUGHT TOGETHER MORE THAN 100 MEMBERS AND STAKEHOLDERS FOR IN-DEPTH DISCUSSIONS ON GIVING CIRCLES AND FUNDER COLLABORATIVES AND HOW THE DRIVE CHANGE AND LOCAL IMPACT. THIS STRATEGY LEVERAGES MULTIPLE PLATFORMS, INCLUDING OUR WEBSITE, EMAIL CAMPAIGNS, SOCIAL MEDIA, E-NEWSLETTERS, AND PRINT MATERIALS. ADDITIONALLY, OUR MEMBER DASHBOARD PROVIDES EASY ACCESS TO KEY INFORMATION SUCH AS MEMBERSHIP TYPE, RENEWAL DATES, GUIDESTAR SEAL LEVEL, PROFILE LINKS, AND TRAINING VIDEOS.
