The Association's work with youth in West Atlanta includes workplace mentoring scouting and individual assistance. All three are intertwined and managed by the same people so it is not realistic to break out all the costs and revenues separately. The goal which we are approaching is to serve 160 boys under the existing structure. Many of the mentoring relationships are long term. Some have lasted for 20 years. There are now dozens of program graduates active in the program. These men are now active staff board members etc.
