  • Aged Care and Community Services

    First Baptist Housing, Inc. furnishes care and housing to aged individuals who would otherwise be unable to provide for themselves without hardship and such services are rendered to all of its residents at substantially below the actual cost thereof, to the extent of the Organization's financial ability. The services are of a type which minister to the needs and relief of hardship or distress of aged individuals. Along with providing below market housing, the Organization provides numerous community services, the lack of which would impose a hardship on many elderly and increase the public's cost and responsibility in housing and caring for these elderly individuals. Effective in 2020, the housing facility (the main asset of the organization) was sold to an unrelated entity and the Organization dissolved effective August 2021.
