MEMBER EVENTS,PROGRAMS & DUES - The Capital City Apartment Association set a goal of surpassing 100 apartment communities and 30 management companies in its membership. In Q1 2024, the association surpassed this goal and is continuing to increase its member retention and engagement to serve as the chief education and advocacy authority for the Tallahassee rental housing industry.
