The Ready 4 Work/Release/Success programs of Operation New Hope provide life and job skills for individuals who were previously incarcerated. The programs also provided the needed support services such as housing, mental health and transportation to enable participation in the programs. Family reunification is also a major part of the programs. Once the participant completes a multi-week program of training and support, ONH assists with finding employment and then provides continued support services for one year. In 2024,3026 participants were served.
